To use your card at The Grove Hotel to pay for balances on a stay folio, guests are required to checkin to the hotel by placing an authorization hold on a credit or debit card, and using The Grove Hotel Gift Card as a form of payment at checkout.
1. About Your Card
This card is a prepaid card loaded with a specific amount of funds, redeemable to buy goods and services at The Grove Hotel, toward Grove Fitness Club & Spa charges posted on a hotel room's folio, and Trillium Restaurant only. Your card may be reloaded with additional monetary funds by purchasing at the original purchasing location.
2. Using Your Card
You may use your card for purchases at The Grove Hotel or Trillium Restaurant. Merchant reserves the right to determine eligible purchasable items. Each time you use your card, you authorize us to reduce the value available on your card by the amount of the transaction. Your card cannot be (1) redeemed for any cash value (2) used to obtain cash in any transaction (3) used to exceed the balance of the funds available on your card. We may refuse to process any transaction that we believe may violate the terms of this Agreement. If you attempt to use the card when there are insufficient funds associated with it, the transaction will generally be declined, or the remaining funds will be redeemed leaving the transaction with a balance that you as the purchaser is responsible for.
3. Obtaining Card Balance Information
You may obtain information about the amount of money you have remaining on your card at no charge by contacting The Grove Hotel Front Desk at (208) 333-8000 or by completing the Card Balance Inquiry Form.
