Rates must be reserved on grovehotelboise.com for the same room type, dates of stay, # of adults/children and similar rate plan with similar booking and cancellation/penalty policies, and the claim must be submitted within 24 hours of completing the reservation using the claim form above (for example, when the reservation is completed on grovehotelboise.com if a lower eligible rate is found within 24 hours of the reservation confirmation on a 3rd party booking channel).

Examples of eligible rates include:  Best Available Rate, AAA/CAA Rate, Advance Purchase Rate, Senior Rate, Hotel Package rates.

Examples of rates not eligible for the program include:  rates booked through 3rd party opaque channels such as Priceline or Hotwire, rates booked as part of a 3rd party ‘bundle’ (flight combined with hotel room, car, etc.), contracted group rates or negotiated corporate/consortia rates.

In order to submit a best rate guarantee request, after your reservation is completed on grovehotelboise.com if a lower eligible rate is found within 24 hours of the reservation confirmation on a 3rd party booking channel, please complete the claim form below. Our team will review the request to determine program eligibility and will reply to you, providing updates on the status of your requests directly.

Based upon review of your claim for eligibility, if it is determined that the claim meets the criteria above, our staff will automatically adjust your rate to the lower rate found online and apply an instant 10% off that price to your existing reservation. We will notify you of the adjustment and resend your confirmation letter detailing your new pricing and stay details.
