At The Grove Hotel, your wellbeing as well as that of our employees is our top priority. We continue to closely monitor guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the State of Idaho guidance regarding the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) and have implemented additional safety, disinfecting and property protocols in order to ensure your safety, comfort and care. As of August 11th, 2021 we have asked all of our staff to wear face coverings for the safety of our staff and guests.
For guests with reservations made on or after July 6, 2020, for arrival dates through April 30th, 2021, we will allow the reservation to be changed or cancelled at no charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date. Reservations with pre-paid rates can be modified to another date, or the funds that were pre-paid can be applied towards a hotel gift card if the reservation needs to be cancelled. Please note that changes to the reservation will be subject to availability and any rate differences.
Reservations booked on or after May 1st, 2021 will follow the hotel's regular cancellation policy.
Guests who booked via online travel agents or other third-parties are advised to contact their booking provider directly for further information.
